The Kosmos, "So In Love," Mp3 Review Holy crap, that was fun and unexpected. I just listened to The Kosmos, "So In Love." I felt like I was on a time machine carnival ride headed towards the year 1977. However, this strange and wonderful tune is not a 70's throwback. It's quite the bubbly modern hit, and deserves some major airplay, or a spot in a movie soundtrack.
I've never heard vocals quite like those delivered by lead singer Andrew Crayford. I have always read that unique and distinct vocals are a big plus for getting a major record deal, and this is one of many things The Kosmos have going for them. Crayford's voice is instantly recognizable. His lower-range, UK accented, just rolled out of bed vocals are a perfect fit for this song. Love songs can be dangerous if the lyrics are overly lovey-dovey. The great thing about this song is that The Kosmos take the lovey-dovey route, but make it work well by mixing in some great, twistingly unique and creative lyrics. I'm an instant fan of this catchy love song, and I highly recommend you check it out. But be careful, it will be stuck in your head for the next month.
